What is the cancelation policy?
Any cancelations or changes must be done 2 days prior to arrival by
3pm via EMAIL only

You must do so via EMAIL ONLY
What types of rooms are available?
6 Bed dormitory-6 separate beds, shared room with ensuite
bathroom
4 Bed private- room for 4 people only with ensuite
bathroom
Double room- one double bed for 2 peoplewith ensuite bathroom
2 Bed private- 2 separate doouble beds for 2 people with ensuite
bathroom
1 Bed private- one double bed for one person with ensuite
bathroom
Apartments- up to 10 people. double beds and single beds with ensuite
bathroom and kitchen
Do you accept large groups? And how can we get quotes and information?
Yes we do accept groups up to 100 people. All requests must be done in writing at
info@hostelmiamibeach.com. You will receive an email back with a proposal no later then 24 hours. Prices vary depending availability and size of groups.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, you can store your luggage the day you check-out for the day or
you can store your luggage for a longer stay, for a nominal charge.
What kind of tours do you offer?
The main tours are:
Everglades- everyday from 9:50 am to 1:45 pm
City Tour with boat- everyday from 9:50 am to 1:45
pm
Key West- everyday from 7:00 am to 9:00pm
Sawgrass Outlet Mall- everyday either at 8:50 or 11:50 am to
7:00 pm
Free Walking Tour- once a week at 7:00 pm

All tour bookings can be done upon arrival
Do you offer airport pick-up?
No, but there is Shuttle Service available 24 hours a day from
the airport. It costs $21per person, and they will bring you right to the
hostel, or you can take the bus or taxi. Refer to the Location/Direction
page to more details
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-out is at 11am and check- in is at 3:15 (please note: check-in
can be done in late hours, we have 24 hours staff available)
How do I make a reservation?
The best and easiest way to make a reservation is thru our
webiste, click on the Book Online page and you will receive an email
confirmation. Phone reservations are also available.
Do the rooms have their own bathrooms?
Yes, ALL rooms have their own bathrooms
Is tax included in the price?
No, tax is NOT included in the price, sales tax is 13%
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit card or travelers check.
Where can I park?
There are parking meters right in front of the hostel, its
$1.25 per hour and its free from 12am to 9am, or there is a parking
lot on 7th between Collins Av and Washigton Av where you can leave
your car 24 hours and the rate is around $20. Other lots can be found at
12th and washington, and 13th and collins.
Are the meals really free?
Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner are included with your
stay, everyday. The meals are served first come first served.
Is there a maximum stay?
No, however reservations take priority.
How safe is Miami Beach and surrounding areas?
Contrary to media sensationalism, Miami Beach is very safe. The
hostel itself has only one entrance, 24 hours staff, 24 hour
security cameras, security lockers and personal storage in our
office.
